ABC Cooking Studio Trial Lesson Terms and Conditions

[General]

• Trial lessons are limited to one session per person for non-ABC members.
• ABC members may attend trial lessons multiple times free of charge by referring a friend to join the same lesson together.
• As trial lessons are designed to introduce ABC Cooking Studio’s services to newcomers, existing ABC members may not attend trial lessons without a friend referral.
• Cooking lessons are available only to customers aged 13 or above.
• Bread and Cake lessons are available only to customers aged 9 or above.
• For non-members under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must attend the same trial lesson, as participants under this age are unable to independently decide on ABC membership. Both the participant and the accompanying parent/guardian will each complete one finished item. If you are unable to attend together, the reservation will be cancelled and refunded.
• Trial lessons are not available to visiting tourists, as they are designed to introduce ABC membership and involve courses that require multiple sessions in Hong Kong to complete. Any booking that does not meet the above eligibility criteria will be cancelled and refunded.
• A valid phone number is required for registration.
• ABC Cooking Studio Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute.

[Reservation]

• Reservations can be made by 5:00 PM on the day before the lesson.
• ABC members may reserve up to 3 trial lessons per month, regardless of studio location.

[Attending the Lesson]

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled lesson.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be allowed to join the lesson to avoid disruption to class progress and maintain lesson quality. No refund will be provided in this case.

[Cancellation]

• You may cancel your reservation via the “My Page” section after logging in.
• Cancellations must be made by 5:00 PM on the day before the lesson to receive a refund.
• For cancellations after this deadline, please contact the studio.

[What to Bring to the Lesson]

• You may bring your own apron and towel. (Disposable aprons are available for trial lesson participants)

ABC Cooking Studio 體驗課堂條款及細則

[一般條款]

• 非ABC會員每人只可參加體驗課堂一次。
• ABC會員可透過邀請朋友一同參加體驗課堂，並可免費重複參加。
• 由於體驗課堂旨在向新客戶介紹ABC Cooking Studio服務，現有會員如未有朋友陪同，將不可單獨參加體驗課堂。
• 料理課堂只適用於年滿13歲或以上之人士。
• 麵包及蛋糕課堂只適用於年滿9歲或以上之人士。
• 非會員且未滿18歲之參加者，因未具備自行決定是否成為ABC會員之資格，須由家長或法定監護人陪同參加同一堂體驗課堂（雙方將各自完成一份作品）。如未能一同參與，相關預約將予以取消並安排退款。
• 體驗課堂不適用於訪港旅客，因課堂內容旨在介紹ABC會籍，並涉及需於香港多次上課方可完成的課程。未符合資格之預約將予以取消並安排退款。
• 報名時必須提供有效電話號碼。
• 如有任何爭議，ABC Cooking Studio Hong Kong Limited 保留最終決定權。

[預約]

• 預約最遲須於課堂前一天下午5時前完成。
• ABC會員每月最多可預約3堂體驗課堂（不設分店限制）。

[出席課堂]

• 請準時出席已預約之課堂。
• 如遲到超過10分鐘，為確保課堂質素及避免影響其他學員進度，將不可參與該課堂，且不設退款。

[取消預約]

• 登入後可於「My Page」頁面取消預約。
• 如於課堂前一天下午5時前取消，將安排退款。
• 逾時取消者，須聯絡分店處理，且不設退款。

[上課需攜帶物品]

• 可自備圍裙及毛巾（我們可提供即棄圍裙予體驗課堂參加者）。
